Terms and Conditions

Bookings should be made by using the Booking Form on this page. You will then receive an email accepting your Booking, and information regarding confirmation.

Confirmation of the booking will require a deposit of 30 per cent with cheques made payable to J SMITHSON. Address on the Contact page.

The owner and his representative retain the right to enter their property at any reasonable time to carry out any repairs which may be necessary.

The hirer is responsible for the house and undertakes all reasonable care of it.

Pets are welcome, please include £10 per pet per week. Please bring bedding and food bowls for your pet. We request that pets are NOT left unattended at the house. The owner of the dog will be responsible for any damage incurred. Further information on the Accommodation page.

One waterproof sheet is provided. If you need more please bring as necessary.

Arrival and Departure

Spring and Summer Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.   Winter Breaks by arrangement.

The house will be available to guests after 3pm on the day of arrival.

Guests are required to vacate the house by 10.00am on the day of departure.
