Hook Farm House is family-owned, traditional stone four-bedroomed home, situated in the county of Pembrokeshire, West Wales, click for map. Only three miles outside the county town of Haverfordwest, just off the A40, at the end of a private lane. See local map on Contact page. Our woodland provides a stunning backdrop to a large lake teeming with wildlife. A family of otters have made their home at the lake, and the Rudbaxton Water which feeds into the lake has been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSI).
The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is only a 10 minute drive away, lined with blue flag beaches with endless opportunities to enjoy windsurfing, exploring the many rockpools, walking the wild-flower strewn coastal paths, or take part in the new extreme sport of 'coasteering'.
The magnificent Preseli Mountains, famous for their 'blue stones' - used to build Stonehenge - are a 20 minute drive from the farmhouse, a place so vast and beautiful, where you can feel as if you are the only people on earth. At the other end of the scale and only 30 mins drive will take you to 'Oakwood Park' - a theme park with rides second to none!
